We are happy you are here.
Spectra is a behavioral health clinic specialized in providing ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and other related developmental disorders. But we are so much more than just another ABA clinic…
At Spectra, you can expect to receive well-rounded care that is highly individualized to support your child and your family. We understand that making progress in clinic is only a small part of the equation and we will do all that we can to set your child up for success in all areas of their life, especially in their home, school, and community.
At Spectra, we strongly value communication so you can expect frequent progress updates and ongoing opportunities to participate in your child’s care. Our clinic’s emphasis on local growth helps us continue to train and hire caring clinicians who are ready to maintain our commitment to providing quality care to each individual client and family that we serve.
Allow us to introduce ourselves…
At Spectra Behavioral Health, we strive to lead the area in 3 main ways
Leading in quality.
We understand that the big changes happen when everyone is involved. We collaborate with each other, with other members of your child’s school and therapeutic team, and most importantly, with the caregivers. We have higher expectations than most, but it’s only because we have seen time and time again that the key to lasting success isn’t a quick fix but giving caregivers a “toolbox”.
Leading with purpose.
We take the care of our families personally. Our owners and leaders began from humble beginnings as RBTs, working together at other organizations in the Omaha area. Throughout their journey, they had the privilege of working with clinicians who later joined the Spectra team. We value creating a close relationship with each and every family and take the needs and considerations of each family seriously.
Leading together.
When it comes to working with children and supporting families, we truly believe that working as a team allows us to provide the best support possible. To achieve this, we strive to create a collaborative environment where our staff feels encouraged and valued. We understand that support needs to start from the top-down and we exemplify this in our approach to training, supervision, and ongoing staff development.
We may not be the only choice for ABA therapy, but we strive to be your BEST choice.
We are proud to be LOCAL and are passionate about serving the greater Omaha Metro area.

To our science- We use empirically-based strategies to maintain the utmost efficacy in our client care.
To our team- We celebrate accomplishments, work through hardships and support one another to meet goals.
To our caregivers- We empower caregivers to be the agents of change by providing high-quality training.
We are balanced.
In our practice- We strive to meet not only the developmental and academic needs of our clients but also the socio-emotional needs.
In our teaching approach- We understand the success of a data-driven and analytical clinical approach combined with settings including components of classrooms such as centers, group time and play.
In our relationship with clients and caregivers- We are a listening ear and will take time to celebrate achievements and provide support to overcome obstacles.
In our daily lives- We recognize that to best serve our clients we must prioritize our mental and physical health.
We are caring.
In how we develop relationships and interact with others- We act with integrity. We act and speak honestly. We respect one another in efforts to build relationships based on trust.
In how we respond to challenging situations- We will not act solely in our own self interest but always consider the interest of others. We act and speak honestly. We assume positive intent even in times of disagreement or conflict. We are transparent in the way we deliver feedback and recommendations.
