Our Leadership & Supervisor Team

At Spectra, we believe that providing the best quality of services starts with strong leadership. In addition, a culture of continuous learning within the team only enhances that quality. All of Spectra’s directors and supervisors share the common goals of providing compassionate behavior analytic services and fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.

We are a team that….

Embraces differences

Our team of directors and supervisors are different in terms of experience and approach to therapy. We embrace those differences by emphasizing collaboration and always being open to learning.

Shares values

One thing this team shares is a commitment to being caring professionals. We hold each other accountable and strive to make a difference in the lives of the families we work with.

Leads by example

At Spectra, we understand that learning and growing can be be scary. We also believe that the best way we can lead others is by being willing to grow and learn ourselves.

Meet the Directors.

Victoria Bock

M.A., BCBA
Director of Operations

When asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Victoria always said, “A mom.” That desire to serve children and a love for learning led her down a path to strive to become the best behavior analyst she could be. She started her career at the University of Florida and then received a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of South Florida. While there she worked with children diagnosed with autism, children in the child welfare system, adults with developmental disabilities, and adults with traumatic brain injury. Victoria couldn’t stop learning about a science that she witnessed help so many people so she continued her studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in a PhD program for Applied Behavior Analysis. There her clinical work focused on early intervention programs for children diagnosed with autism while her research focused on increasing efficiency and effectiveness of teaching techniques and decreasing problematic behaviors for children diagnosed with autism. Victoria has presented at several international conferences and is an author on several publications in the lead journals for Applied Behavior Analysis. After her studies, Victoria went on to start a local clinic where she was able to help serve over 80 families at a time. At work Victoria’s passions include: helping children be the best version of themselves, helping families feel supported and empowered and spreading her appreciation for behavior analysis to other clinicians. To accomplish these things Victoria has intimate knowledge of her clients’ performance, makes informed decisions to ensure that children are always learning, makes herself readily available to parents and caregivers, helps caregivers learn the same problem solving approaches she takes to teach and decrease negative behaviors, and acts as a mentor for all therapists she works with. At home Victoria lives for her daughters' giggle (she did accomplish her childhood goal of being a mom) and quality time with her husband. She believes that true joy comes from appreciating and relishing the small moments with people and thus loves snow days, drinking coffee outside, wine with friends, long walks, and the joy on someone’s face when you get them something special.

Jes Beck

M.A., BCBA, LIMHP
Director of Clinical Practice

Jes Beck started her post-undergraduate career in the Counseling Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). While working on her masters, Jes obtained a job as a behavior therapist with Childhood Autism Services providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. During this time, Jes realized ABA was the career for her. She discontinued the Counseling Program and started the School Psychology program at UNO with an emphasis in ABA. She worked with Dr. Wayne Fisher to complete her master’s thesis and obtained experience from the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders for five years. Through her education and clinical practice, she has gained valuable experience in the application of behavior analytic principles in the context of early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) and the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Outside of work, Jes enjoys working out, trying new restaurants and hanging out at home with her husband and two dogs, Seattle the German Shepherd and Diesel the Husky.

Megan Wolfe

M.A., BCBA
Director of Training & Development

In 2008 Megan, a die-hard chemistry major at Midland University, stumbled into a Behavior Modification class and it forever changed her career trajectory. She was fascinated with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and its power to change behavior on small and large scales. During her senior year of college, her mentor encouraged her to complete a year-long internship  under the supervision of some of the most accomplished behavior analysts in the field at UNMC’s Munroe Meyer Institute. When she graduated, she was hired onto the Early Intervention team where she continued to grow professionally by assisting with and leading research projects, helping to develop a social skills curriculum, and fostering collaborative relationships with many talented behavior analysts across expertise. She gives the credit of her professional success to her experiences at UNMC and the incredible mentorship she received. It was at UNMC where she met and began working alongside Jes and Victoria and seeing how their passions and skill sets aligned. It was then that Megan began dreaming of one day running her own clinic and company. After a number of years and completion of graduate school at the University of Nebraska- Omaha, Megan and Jes began itching for more opportunities. In 2017, they joined the Radical Minds team, a local company Victoria was already at, with the hopes of new challenges and experience. Through their service, they got 2 clinics off the ground and managed their team while providing high-quality early intervention care to their clients. It was here where Megan identified another passion of hers, training and educating other practitioners.  Through her experience, Megan found the ingenuity of identifying how each client learns and matching it with effective and creative clinical programming. She values the importance of training caregivers to become “agents of change” and empowers them to be part of their child’s success and growth. In addition to building brighter futures for her clients and families, she hopes to challenge the greater community to approach autism with compassion, understanding, and acceptance. The perseverance, dedication, and work ethic of her clients and caregivers push her to work hard everyday to provide the best care possible. When she isn’t at work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey and taking walks around their Dundee neighborhood with their dog, Pistachio. Whether she is enjoying some beers while playing sand volleyball or playing more competitively indoor, she loves to be active. She loves a good dive bar, board games, and challenges anyone to a game of ping-pong.With her family all around the country, she loves to travel to spend time with them and enjoys vacations to new destinations, exploring new cities and places to eat.
