1. Initial Enrollment Process

Fill out the Intake Form below. This will help us identify if our intensive or consultative services are the right fit for your child. If your child is a good fit, one of our team members will reach out to discuss our service options and provide you with more information before you are placed on the Spectra Waiting List. If your child is not the best fit for our services, we will provide you with a list of vetted resources and services in the area to help you find the perfect match.

2. Assessment & Caregiver Meeting

A 1:1 assessment with your child and their supervisor (BCBA) where your child’s skills are evaluated during a 2-4 hour appointment.

We will also take time to review the information you provided us, explain our services, understand your goals for your child, discuss what “dosage” of services may be right for your child.

3. Treatment Planning

Your supervisor will take information from the assessment, and any additional information (IEP, SLP objectives) and develop a set of goals for the following 6 months that range from communication, social, and academic to functional life skills.

The results of the assessment and drafted goals will be reviewed with you in person, virtually, or via telephone. Once you approve of the goals they will be submitted to your insurance company for approval. Insurance approval typically takes 1-2 weeks.

4. Services Begin

Once insurance approves the treatment goals, your child can begin services.
